Reed Peraner is a Certified Legal Video Specialist and Digital Media Producer with over a decade of experience in video production and creative storytelling. Since Reed graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Film Studies & Production and a Minor in Creative Writing, his career trajectory has been a testament to passion, versatility, and technical expertise.

Reed began his professional journey as a Production & Coordination Fellow at BuzzFeed, honing his skills in managing video shoots, equipment, and post-production workflows. In 2017, he transitioned to a vital role with the New York City Fire Department (FDNY). Here, Reed’s impact was profound. As the producer and editor for FDNY's COVID-19 vaccination campaign, his efforts were instrumental in vaccinating over 800 active department members. Reed also served as the lead camera operator for the FDNY Fire Zone’s Learning Center renovation at Rockefeller Center. His creative contributions extended beyond the lens; his voice can even be heard in one of the interactive exhibits.

In his current role, Reed oversees the Broadcast & Production department for The One Club for Creativity, a non-profit at the forefront of the advertising industry. In this role, he produces high-quality content for prestigious events, including The ONE Show, the ADC Annual Awards, and the Type Directors Club. Reed also manages the production of Where Are All the Black People, a leading diversity career conference in advertising, and curates the ONE Screen Short Film Festival, showcasing outstanding cinematic talent worldwide.

Certified as a Legal Video Specialist by the National Court Reporters Association in 2024, Reed’s skills extend to legal proceedings, where precision and compliance are paramount. Beyond work, he is an avid cinephile, comic book enthusiast, true crime aficionado, birder, photographer, and runner.
